施明华，男，祖籍安徽舒城，管理科学与工程博士。现任美高梅mgm9988教授。2007年硕士毕业于浙江大学数学系，研究方向为概率极限和统计计算；2019年博士毕业于上海理工大学管理学院，研究方向为决策分析与金融风险管理。2007年至今在皖西学院工作，2014年11月晋升为副教授(数学)，2019年11月晋升为教授(管理学)。在《应用数学》、《统计与决策》、《运筹与管理》、《系统工程理论与实践》、《Complexity》、《Soft Computing》、《Tehnički vjesnik》等国内外期刊上发表几十篇学术论文。是《Soft Computing》、《IEEE Access》、《Iranian Journal of Fuzzy Systems》、《Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems》、《中国管理科学》、《模糊系统与数学》等多本杂志的审稿人。
